Description

  • Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities and rate analysis
  • Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors.
  • Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure
  • Certification of subcontractor weekly/monthly valuations and final accounts.
  • Efficient data creation/BOQ in customized software
  • Coordinating between Architect, Consultants and Site engineering team regarding design, execution and drawings issue.
  • Preparing comparison of quotes and negotiate with vendors.
  • Should have knowledge in drafting (AutoCAD)
  • Supply all relevant information to the Management for review at the specified intervals
