1. Graduate with excellent English communication skills-both verbal and written
2. Should Known English,Telugu and Hindi(Mandatory)
3. 6 months to 1 year experience in an international voice process would be an added advantage
4. Immediate joinees preferred
5. Handle Customers Inbound And Outbound Calls Solving Queries,
6. Telling Them About Products / Offers / Services
7. Answer calls in a timely and professional manner
8. A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof
9. Maintaining records of transactions and interactions Respond to customer inquiries
10. Research required information using available resources
11. Handle and resolve customer complaints
12. Provide customers with product and service information
13. Input customer information on CRM system correctly
14. Identify and escalate priority issues to Team Lead
15. Follow up customer calls where necessary
16. Complete call logs
