Role Summary / General Responsibilities:
Manage the sales of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Performance Testing services, Production & IT.
Identifying new sales leads.
Pitching products and services.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Coordinating with the marketing activities with respect to the promotional facilities of the Company, including brochures, website promotions and advertising wherever appropriate.
Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of tender and contract documents.
Executing sales objectives.
Negotiating sales contracts.
Producing proposals with high degree of concentration in response to enquiries from customers
Close liaison with the technical departments in the delivery of projects and to ensure its submission within the deadlines
Assisting the marketing activities by dealing & follow-up with the enquiries with a motive to promote the service to potential new customers
Increasing client base.
Conversing with the customers on briefing the Company's profile and understanding their requirements
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
Building trust and long-term relationships with clients / customers.
Improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
Provide regular feedback to management about marketplace and competitor activity.
Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
Researching and Following market and industry trends locally and internationally.
Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.
Initiate promotional activities and providing commercial recommendations for achieving financial targets of the Company.
Establishing effective pricing policies and strategies.
Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Understanding of the customers' requirements and ensuring best customer satisfaction by way of professional approach to achieve mutual benefits
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Assisting in any kind of commercial / marketing activities which may arise on an ad hoc basis
