This job involves managing phone calls and mails from Customers. On a daily basis,
he/she should welcome customer and explain products relating to Construction
Equipment, when a sale is involved, managing invoicing through tally, raising quotations through ERP software. This also involves finding potential customers from various sources like indiamart, justdial
etc, negotiate with good interpersonal skills and close an order. Upon order arrival,
coordinate with internal team and ensure the order reaches customer on time and with
accurate quality. Multilinguist are preferred, however fluency in Hindi, Tamil and English is mandatory.
