  1. New Employees Biometric Registration
  2. ID Card preparation for Non PF workers
  3. Audit Monthly salary statements signature collection from all employees
  4. Health & Safety Training Records preparation ,
  5. First Aid , Fire Extinguisher daily monitoring ,
  6. Mock drill training arrangement  – Once in Two Month for all employee
  7. Fire Fighting Training arrangement with external – Once in six Month
  8. Periodical committee meeting arrangement and record maintenance,
  9. Sunday Canteen Token issue for Made Ups workers.
  10. Inspector of factory register maintenance ,
  11. Induction Training for New Joining ,
  12. Absenteeism enquiry  ( Through Mobile phone )
  13. Left employees exit interview
  14. New employees recruitment based on dept wise requirement
  15. Walk-in Interview ( Application , Document review )
  16. Field sourcing ( wall poster, hand notice advertising  activities)
  17. Attending Job Fair conducting by district employment office
  18. Absenteeism Follow-up workers 
  19. Scheduling interviews.
