We are looking for a self motivated catering Manager has the overall responsibility for running the day-to-day catering operations and services in restaurants and to ensure the smooth and profitable running of business and quality goals. Catering managers are responsible for monitoring the quality of the food and service and for making sure that their outlets perform well. A few of the main duties of the catering manager to plan, organize and develop the food and beverage services of organizations and businesses, while meeting customer expectations, food and hygiene standards, and financial targets and also designing unique menus. Catering managers lead teams of chefs and catering assistants include training staff, coordinating employee schedules and manage all catering orders, maintaining hygiene, manage budgets, handling customer complaints, creating company policies, and complying with food and safety regulations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards and ensuring that all of the foods are of the highest quality. He also have to prepare reports on how the catering service performing. You participate in the elaboration of the catering sales and marketing plan.
