We are looking for an experienced and qualified Head Chef or Executive Chef is responsible for the smooth operation of the entire kitchen operation, food production and all other related sections. Must be passionate and dynamic Kitchen professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of service and provide creative solutions. You will be the first in command in the facilities and inspect dishes before they arrive at the customers ensuring high quality and contentment. Must be focusing in mass production in camps and organized,able to work in a fast paced environment. Perform responsible and skilled work involved with the preparation and cooking of recipes. Work involves supervisory responsibility for kitchen personnel and equipment to ensure proper sanitation.
