Description

Primary Responsibility:

  1. Purchase Requisition Slip Collection form Factories and getting GMs approval.
  2. Sending Price Enquires to Approved vendors and Collection of price offers from vendors.
  3. Preparation of Price comparison Chart and negotiation with best quality and competitive price.
  4. Submission of Price comparison chart for GM & Directors approval.
  5. Create Purchase order for Shortlisted vendor.
  6. Purchase order dispatch through courier/any other media.
  7. Follow up work regarding supply of material based on the purchase order.
  8. Interaction with stores in charges regarding arrival of materials
  9. Receiving of GRN from factories and entering the same in register which is handed over to Accounts Department.
  10. Preparation and maintenance of ISO Documents Related to Materials Purchase.

Secondary Responsibility:

  1. Payment Requisition Preparation
  2. Office Stationery

l Record Keeping – GRN , PO & ISO Documents.

l KRA – Arrangements of Timely Delivery of Purchased Products & Record Keeping GRN & PO
