To serve customers with hot and cold food and beverages on a counter during service times as appropriate
To ensure all displays, counters and seating areas comply with company and statutory health and hygiene requirements
To ensure that patient food is served at the patient bed side as per prescribed diet, at right temperature and time.
To ensure that the floor pantry is adequately stocked with desired items as per the requirement
To clean all work areas / pantry during and after use and remove all waste to the appropriate area
To maintain food service and temperature records as required and to report any variance
