Should have minium 5Yrs of supervisory experince in a Tool Room.
Should be well versed in CNC Machining & CNC Turning (Vertical Machining Center & Turning Center)
Should have indepth knowledge to understand Engineering Drawings and Plan Machining Process
Should have good knowledge in CAM Programming
Should be independent in selectiong Process Plan, Method, and Reuered Toolings
Sholuld be capable to run a Tool Room with 10 to 15 Operators.
Should be capable of producing final component from raw material.
Should be capable working cost and estimate of manufacturing given Drawing.
Should have experince in working on close tolerance.
