Job Description                                                               Experience: 10 years

Qualification: B.com/M.com, M.B.A (Finance), ICWA, ICAI and CA.

  • Tally updation and knowledge
  • Preparing relevant document to submit bankers for loan purpose.
  • Preparing Balance sheet and co-ordinate with Auditors.
  • Preparing and submitting mandatory various documents monthly to Bankers.
  • Preparing financial position with budget financials.
  • Handling banks/financial Institution independently.
  • Handling all strategy with various government/cd agencies.
  • Legal documents preparation.
  • Knowledge in HR/Admin functions.
  • Preferably working experiences in corporate are welcome.
  • Well used knowledge in working computer.
  • Report preparation/MIS Report.
  • Daily Reporting.
  • Meeting with department heads.
  • Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting and reforecast process.
  • Providing back office services such as accounts payable, collection and payroll.
  • Monitoring cash flow.
  • Liaising with accountant teams.
  • Providing insights on the financial health of the organization.
  • Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues.
  • Keeping track of market trends.
  • Looking for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Developing relationships with external contacts such as Auditors, Solicitors and HM Revenue & Customs.
  • Supervising staff.
