Ø Previous working experience as a Sales Coordinator for at least 1 year
Ø Act as a reliable and supportive team member
Ø Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, Hindi and Malayalam language is a must.
Ø MIS report maintenance.
Ø Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
Ø Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Ø Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Ø Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
