Description

Qualification:

 

  • Degree preferred
  • Background in sales from Microfinance/Banking/Insurance/Loans/Chits/forex/hospitality/other customer relationship profiles etc.
  • Two-wheeler compulsory
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Minimum exp 3 years.

 

Job responsibility:

  • Canvassing chits to new customers.
  • Use existing contacts to bring customers
  • Develop growth strategies for expansion.  
  • Monthly Instalments follow-up with existing customers,
  • Collect payments,
  • Maintain customer relationship for repeat business.

Compensation:

  • Rs. 15,000-20,000 base pay
  • Rs. 40,000- 50,000 variable pay.
