Description

JOB PROFILE:

Identifying the right talent by leveraging on various sources, screening candidates, identifying the best fit and on-boarding the candidates
Manage day to day HR functions, compensation & benefits, payroll Support, performance feedback cycle and employee relations
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
Improving employee engagement, team development and maintaining a positive work environment
Ensuring compliance of employment laws; designing and implementing of HR policies & procedures
Carrying out necessary administrative duties
Organize events /seminars /workshops /Team Outings for employee satisfaction
Work with the finance team to process monthly payroll
Hearing and resolving employee grievances
