JD-Manager-Service and Networking

 

  1. Should have the ability to spearhead a process from scratch
  2. Should be able to motivate, develop and mentor team members in a dynamically changing environment
  3. Monitor projects/transactions and provide qualitative/constructive feedback to the team members
  4. Answer operations related queries from the client and manage escalations
  5. Ability to handle pressure and a natural go getter
  6. Excellent hands-on skills to get into the process deeply ability to identify the gaps and suggest improvement plans to client
  7. To create a conducive and stimulating environment for the teams to accomplish their goals
  8. Manage expectations of his/ her team members and proactively be able to sense their needs
  9. Able to guide the team by implementing best practices and always lead-by-example
  10. Should be able to handle client interaction (on calls or in person)
  11. Should have excellent problem solving capabilities and lateral thinking skills
  12. Maintain delivery dashboards with analysis
  13. To be a part of the client calibration call to have better understanding of the process and for continuous improvement
  14. Should have the maturity/experience to manage skilled resources
  15. Should have the required expertise and analytical skills to provide strategic process improvement inputs (Operational excellence)
  16. Shows flexibility/ownership works under pressure
  17. Ability to work within challenging environment with tight delivery timelines
  18. To own and drive and develop the team members for being effective in their role
  19. Should be able to work towards enhancing customer experience and overall service delivery
  20. Lead continuous improvement initiatives for the project
  21. Understanding of the Business situation and capability to address issues
  22. Monitor resource utilization performance
  23. Strong knowledge in Desktop, Printer, CCTV, server and all other IT equipments installation and configuration and service.
