  • Doing post sales follow up all to delivered vehicle customers twice freely certain 3rd day and recently on the fifteenth day.
  • Subsequently entering customers voice in the respective sheets.
  • Categorizing feedbacks into positive and negative complaints and subsequently entering it in the complaint register.
  • Receiving of complaint register on a daily basis with ccm.
  • Receiving and data entry of feedback forms.
  • Preparing list for lucky draw regarding if returns.
  • Preparing reminder calls to customers who are success full for customer meet.
