Description

 

  1. Attend to all walk –in customers on showroom days as per roaster circulated monthly
  2. Attend to all phone enquiries within 1 hour of receiving the enquiry
  3. Conduct promotional events to generate enquires as per calendar
  4. Make cold calls
  5. Track prospects, by maintaining ETR and DCR
  6. To maintain lost sales report
  7. Follow up with customers post delivery within 3days and to ensure everything was satisfactory
  8. In case of any complaints or grievance, attend to the customers immediately, resolve the problem and to get the satisfaction letter within 3 days
  9. To book orders, by analyzing the needs of the customer.
  10. To deliver vehicle as per promised time
  11. To maintain high standards and to ensure customer satisfaction
  12.  To sell accessories while booking car orders
