Job Description
The candidate must have the ability to understand customer requirements, provide gear demonstrations and suggest/pitch the right gear & accessories. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper merchandise display of gear at the store.
Eligibility: Graduate / Diploma holder with minimum 2 years of experience in the Apparel / Retail sectors.
1 . Ensure the merchandize display norms are followed and maintain quality as per Royal Enfield standards.
2. Regular cleaning, refolding, restocking of all gears
3. Regularly update store manager on inventory levels, sales trends and required stocking
4. Good communication skills, problem handling, decision making and analytical skills.
5. Remain updated on market behaviors and competitor trends.
6. Reporting to Gear Head - Pan India and liaisoning with Store Manager.
