Description

Any graduate  More than 1 year in Recruitment preferably in IT / ITES industry / Skill development programs

  • Prior experience in Bulk / Volume hiring / Sourcing / Talent Acquisition / Recruitment 
  • Good communication skills both written & verbal (Mandatory) 
  • Should be excellent in Headhunting and negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills in PPT
  • Should have Knowledge in Campus Recruitment from Various Sources
  • Good knowledge in Ms-Office, Internet, social media marketing and CRM
  • Knowledge in Handling JOB Portals and Classifieds
