Name of the Job: Field co-ordinator.

Responsibilities and Duties

Visit the homes, compile reports for donors and NGO management
Interconnect with NGO, donors, and children, their parents, and the BH management
Gain a thorough knowledge of children
Undertake to counsel the children and impart life skills education
Enhance relationships between all staff and children through team building, mediation, etc.
Establish linkages with local service providers and agencies
Compile all requested reports in consultation with wardens
Support the educational, health check-up and recreational activities of the children
Form and facilitate children’s committees
Adhere to Organization’s Child Protection Policy and ensure the Rights of the Children
Any other task assigned by NGO Management
