2. Prepare 3D model & 2D drawing to release customer for new product
3. Support to finalise the Product design
4. Support to complete project timeline as per plan
5. Development of new products as per drawing
6. Reverse engineering data collection of competitor products as per requirement
7. Handling of APQP process, Tool, Gauge & Fixture design
8. Testing the parts as per drawing requirements / CSR
9. Continual improvement & Cost Reduction
10. To create BOM and process sheet
11. To perform tolerance stack up analysis.
SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY:
Knowledge on SOLID EDGE 3D Modeling | Assembly | Drafting | Sheet Metal, Knowledge on AUTO CAD – 2D Drawing | Drafting.
