Description

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy sales executive who would help us step up our business activities. As a sales rep, he will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and driving customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible to meet sales targets (monthly, quarterly and annually).
  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Market penetration in new territory
  • Business Development & Expansion by increasing the customer base.
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make sales.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Responding to incoming mails and phone queries.
  • Record sales order information and update all records and documents (Hardcopy as well as soft copy)
  • Coordinate with stores /warehouse in-charge for inventory and for customer shipments
  • Follow up for payment & ensure on time payment collection.
  • Solving the problem and queries of customers by coordinating with the technical services team
  • Maintaining, coordinating and developing relationships with existing customers of the company in person via calls and mails. 
  • Networking with different stakeholders and organization.
  • Preparation & presentation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports

Desired Skills: • Excellent Communication & presentation skills • Sound knowledge in industrial market & sales • Excellent Client relationship management • Very good Negotiation and Prospecting Skills • Hands-on experience in office utilities such as Word, spread sheets, presentations and basic computer knowledge • Able to adopt to new software and mobile apps • Any sales experience in Automotive & Industrial lubricants, petro & petrochemicals are highly desired. • Any engineering product sales exp like bearings, pump, motors, compressors, Welding electrodes, hydraulics, valves, cutting tools, etc • Should have handled large industries and SMEs • Candidates from Trichy & surrounding areas will have an advantage. • Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
