Description

  • Responsible for full-cycle accounting duties managing multiple clients.
  • Understanding the supplier expense invoices highlighting the deviation in rates as appropriately and entering them in the software accurately.
  • Accounts payable management including setting up of payments and statement reconciliation.
  • Responsible for bank and credit card reconciliation of multiple accounts.
  • Ensure accuracy in the general ledger including reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and querying the clients appropriately.
  • In depth knowledge in Payroll processing, handling employee queries and leave management.
  • Understanding of sales management and ability to align accounting books with the point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt to new software and implement processes as necessary.
  • Strong in understanding the respective taxation and aligning the books accordingly.
