You will be deployed under contractual roll in one of our clients situated at Mahindra World City, Chengalpattu
This employment term is fixed for one year effective from your date of joining and extension of your employment will be based on the company business scenario or else the contract period will be ceased at the end of period completion of one year. In case of extension of contract, new appointment letter will be issued
The contract shall be terminated by either party giving 15 days’ notice period in writing or salary in lieu of notice, to the other party
The contract employment period shall be considered for termination prior to the completion of one year based on the circumstances which might affect the company’s business. In regard to misconduct, contract service will be closed with immediate effect and notice period will not be applicable for such misconduct.
You will be paid gross salary of Rs.15136.40 for the employment period and the wage period is one month of the respective calendar month. Revision of wages is considered based on government amendment.
You are requested to abide the rules and regulations governed by the client during the shift time inside the facility as well as during the journey in the client company provided vehicle
With respect to leave and holiday, you will be governed by the client company’s policies and rules. Leave wages will be encashed after completion of the calendar year or completion of one year contract period, whichever is applicable, considering the worked days of that calendar year
You shall be entitled for bonus on completion of the minimum period specified by the government under the rule, which shall be paid either during the month of October or during end of contract period, whichever is applicable.
Any emoluments will be paid directly to your individual bank account and statutory payments (ESI/EPF) will be made as per norms upon submission of proper documents.
In addition to the above mentioned rules, you are governed by the standard employment procedures of the client company
