Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for establishing existing accounts and identifying new accounts.
  • Must work with estimating to develop pricing and proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop plans to business from Key Accounts and provide management with required information for pricing decisions and product development.
  • Develop close customer relationships with Key decision makers in purchasing, technology, and at the customer end.
  • Good knowledge in working with internal ERP.

Required Skills:

  • Developing growth strategies and plans to generate potential new opportunities in the IT Industry.
  • Developing and managing relationships with potential clients, influencers and key stakeholders
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and improve loyalty strategies.
  • Through the in-depth understanding of client’s needs, identifying new opportunities and emerging markets and the dynamics of market.
  • Managing proposals, quotations, bids and tenders.
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer’s requirement in various sectors.
  • Market research and capturing on viable business growth and emerging trends.
  • Participating in new business contract negotiations, drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Continually developing employer’s brand and building increasing awareness in the market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills and demonstrate high level of integrity.
  • Able to work effectively and responsibly and collaborate effectively with operations team.
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy for the ERP, e-commerce, Mobile Application, POS, CRM, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Minimum two years of experience in filed sales in IT industry.
  • Proficiency in speaking Tamil, Telagu, English and Hindi is preferred.
  • Should have two-wheeler and laptop.
