Should Know Basic Fundamental, Basic Computer Operation, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access Internet & Cloud Concept and Syllabus of Computer Application with good communication skill and student control.
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills to train disabled candidates
Train disabled candidates based on their qualification, skills, disability with proper counselling if needed
Support them to get better placement based on the industry expectation
Prepare couse materials, update content, conduct assesment monthly to eveluate the students skills
Update MIS sheet, maintain records and handle volunteers to import more skills
