GENERAL ROLE Branch Head is responsible for all activities done in the branch under him. His/ Her Role includes managing business & personal activities of the branch. Motivating the staffs for achieving targets is his/her key activity. Branch head reports directly to the Regional Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Business Development activities
o Customer Acquisition & Retention.
o Targeting HNI and Corporate clients for the branch.
o Competitors Analysis.
o Daily morning meetings and discussions with staff.
o Review of Performance based on various parameters i.e. Monthly review - Revenue per employee, branch profitability, etc. and Weekly review-volumes, brokerage, client registrations, etc. (Equity, Commodity, & Distribution).
o Organizing weekly Investor meets to increase client base.
HR Activities for Branch
o Monthly training programs for staffs (Product related/ Communication Skills/Day-to-day Operations/Risk Management & Compliance) for improving caliber.
o Organizing staff happiness activities like quiz, games, etc for motivating branch staff.
o Communicating to employees about the important matters concerning the Company and its Policies.
o Maintaining discipline in the Branch and ensuring compliance.
o Attend to employee grievances and maintain team spirit and camaraderie in the Branch.
Branch Operations
o Monitoring branch activities like pay in/payouts/customer grievance, etc. on daily basis.
o Risk Management of trade errors, debtors, etc.
o Reporting of branch activities to Regional Manager from time to time.
General
Strive towards achieving individual goals and thereby the branch and organizational goals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Completion of bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university
3 - 5 Years experience required.
