  • Ensure that vehicles are repaired as per RO (Repair Order) specification.
  • In case any extra repair needs to be done, inform Service Advisor and take his concurrence before doing the same.
  • Share best practices with the team in meetings.
  • Ensure high quality of work and care for customer’s safety to improve CSI.
  • Minimize repeat repair and Improve workshop productivity and efficiency.
