Description

We are looking for a Customer Supporter Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Lavoro HR Solutions. As a Customer Supporter Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our services, and arranging appointments for our consultants. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

 

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with potential clients
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and target-driven
  • Fluency in English and Tamil

 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Contact potential clients through calls to introduce our services
  • Explain the benefits of our services and answer any questions or concerns
  • Schedule appointments for our consultants to meet with potential clients
  • Maintain a record of all calls made and appointments scheduled
  • Follow up with potential clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' services
