Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce them to our products/services.
  2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  3. Identify customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.
  4. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  5. Provide accurate and detailed information about our products/services to customers.
  6. Document and update customer records in the company database.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
  2. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. High school diploma; additional education or certification in sales is a plus.
