Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Research:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop strategies for business growth.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and align company offerings accordingly.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate leads, participate in sales presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand the company's reach.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure a unified approach to business development.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Proposal and Contract Management:

  • Prepare and submit proposals in response to client needs.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and analyze business development performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports to management on key business development activities and results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other business development software.
