Description
Responsibilities:
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Review resumes and applications to determine candidate suitability.
Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Experience in technical recruiting is a plus.
