Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
Introduce our products/services to potential customers and explain their benefits.
Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements.
Provide accurate information about our products/services to potential customers.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
Maintain a database of prospective customer information and interactions.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and objectives.
Handle customer objections and concerns effectively.
Keep abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and competition.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or telemarketing is a plus.
