Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform soldering tasks to assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to engineering specifications and industry standards.
  2. Inspect components and PCBs for defects or imperfections before and after soldering processes.
  3. Operate soldering equipment, including soldering irons, soldering stations, and reflow ovens, in a safe and efficient manner.
  4. Follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  5. Conduct visual inspections and use testing equipment, such as multimeters and magnifying glasses, to verify the integrity of soldered connections.
  6. Troubleshoot soldering issues and recommend solutions to ensure product quality and reliability.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper storage of tools, materials, and equipment.
  8. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries in the workplace.
  9. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
  10. Document work activities, test results, and any deviations from standard procedures in production reports or quality records.
