We are a 25 year Redistribution Co based out of Chennai, covering the entire TN State and Pondicherry. Our products are in the FMCG category -(1) Babycare range of Feeding Bottles, Nipples & Accessories - brand Small Wonder, which is India 1st ISI approved Feeding bottles & Nipples and its Manufacturer (Chemco Plastics Pvt Ltd) is a leading high quality contract mfgr for various other brands like WIPRO, Chicco, LuvLap, etc; (2) imported Adult Diapers from Malaysia - brand P-Love, which is probably best quality Adult Diaper in the market today and (3) "Coorg Amrith" which is our own brand name under which we sell 100% Pure honey in the Chennai city to big retail chains like Nuts n Spices, Brown Tree, Royal Nuts, Shoppers Spot, TN Civil Supplies Dept (AMUDHAM Stores) and also to leading 4/5 Star hotels like Adyar Crowne Plaza, RainTree, etc in Chennai and Kerala State.
It's a Frontline secondary order generating role from the various Retailers in the market (Medical stores/chemists/supermarkets, Baby Speciality stores,etc)
He will be handling and supporting about 8-10 Distributors (DBs) with above activity with Tirunelveli as HQ town and support the Co's distributors in surrounding towns like Tenkasi, Tutuicorin, Nagercoil, Rajapalayam, Ambai etcand so he will need to travel about 10-12 days every month to cover these other towns on ex- HQ working basis and balance time will be in covering Tirunelveli itself.
He will be responsible for getting Primary Orders from the various DBs he's handling and achieve his territory Monthly Sales budgets.
He will be reporting into an Area Sales Executive based at Madurai who will be supporting him in his field work on a regular basis depending on his skill/competency levels.
He will need to own a 2 wheeler (motorcycle/scooter) for his local market coverage with a valid Driving Licence & Insurance policy for the vehicle
Broadly the consolidated salary (Basic+HRA+Spl All+ 2 Wheeler Mnt All+ Phone All) would be between 12-13,000 based on his work experience and competence as assessed during his personal interview. Plus his local Daily Allowance is Rs 220/- and that for ex HQ is Rs 240/- . We also reimburse all to & fro travel tickets by train/bus (Non AC) subject to production of actual tickets.
The selected candidate is covered under ESI for self and dependent family.
Besides, we offer quite attractive Monthly incentives starting at 90% and for 95% & 100% tgt achievement levels per Product category (Babycare & Adultcare) - this can be a minimum of Rs 2500 per category at 90% levels.
