DME / BE with Minimum 3 years experience in Client follow up in Engineering / Auto Components Manufacturing Industry .
Build and maintain relationships with all the clients.
Co-ordinating with the internal team to dispatch goods on time.
Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to promote loyalty and retention.
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams such as purchase, and product development to address customer needs effectively.
Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
Make preparedness to Dispatch the goods.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and records
Follow up on sales leads and inquiries
Provide product information and respond to customer inquiries
Coordinate the delivery of products to customers
Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and issues
