Job Summary

  • Operator will be deputed to Customer location on permanent basis
  • Current Opening available at Oragadam IN CHENNAI
  • Operate and Maintain IBR Boiler
  • Shift basis work
  • Responsibilities and Duties

    Check log book readings and compare with actual working of the boiler. Take corrective action of any discrepancy and record action taken.

  • Check if all safeties and controls are working satisfactorily.
  • Observe if there are errors in the instruments and take appropriate action. If errors are minor in nature inform the operator of the error in the instrument. If the error is major, recommend replacement of the instrument.
  • Check all the electrical components and connections, clean contacts and tighten all connections.
  • Cleaning of tubes once in 15 days
  • Ensure Softener is maintained
  • Maintain log book of all parameters
