Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and provide a positive customer service experience.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information on products and services.
Financial Transactions:
- Process cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Prepare daily sales reports and deposit summaries.
Compliance:
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.
Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred, especially in the automotive or retail sector.
