Job Title: Marketing and Sales Specialist

Location: Chennai

We have expertise in the fields of Soil & Rock investigation, Construction Materials Tests, highways, DPR, AUTOCAD Design and Planning, and much more. The concern for Foundation is high due to the expertise required to analyze the Soil. We perform various investigations to understand and obtain the various types and parameters of the soil for its better utilization.

Job Description:

  • As a Marketing and Sales Specialist at Velciti Consulting Engineers pvt Ltd you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales initiatives to promote our services and attract new customers within the civil construction industry. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads in the civil construction sector.
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including construction companies, engineering firms, government agencies, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand the unique value propositions of our testing services and effectively communicate them to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
  • Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the civil construction sector.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • MBA (Marketing) or BBA
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales roles, preferably within the construction industry. Experience in selling testing services or technical solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of civil construction processes, materials, and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Knowledge of marketing automation tools is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
