Description

Objectives of the position:

This candidate will be strengthening our existing production team by being as support in 3-shifts.

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Adhere to Safe work procedure during equipment operation by wearing necessary PPE as per PPE matrix.
  • Highlight Near miss to the shift in charge and coordinate to close the same.
  • Maintain 5S and good Housekeeping near the workplace.
  • Adhere to the work procedure by following the Standard SOP displayed near machine.
  • Ensure the Productivity is achieved in adherence to the Global KPI Objective.
  • Involve in Kaizen and Continuous Improvement activities.
  • Involve in Rejection control by identifying potential rejection causing area.
  • Ensure no customer complaint by ensuring performing necessary inspection at all stages.
  • Ensure upkeep of Machine by checking the Daily preventive check points and highlighting maintenance in case of any abnormality.
  • Alarm any deviation to the supervisor and Stop production when required to ensure product quality.
  • Operator can work independently when qualifies for CWI (Can Work Independently) category. CWWS (Can Work with Supervision) operators are supervised by senior qualified.
