       JOB TITLE : Business Development Executive

Position Overview:

 

As a Field Business Development Executive at Usha Fire Safety, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base. You will be actively engaged in the field, meeting potential clients, conducting site visits, and promoting our fire safety products and services. Your ability to build strong relationships, identify business opportunities, and deliver compelling sales pitches will be crucial in achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and approach potential clients, such as Industries,commercial shops,schools,hospitals,etc, to promote the company's fire safety products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

 

Lead Generation: Generating leads for various verticals of our company.

 

Client Meetings and Presentations: Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their fire safety needs and present suitable solutions. This may involve giving product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of fire safety equipment.

 

Fire Safety Surveys: Conduct on-site surveys of client premises to assess fire risks and recommend appropriate fire safety measures. This includes identifying potential hazards, evaluating existing fire safety systems, and proposing improvements or upgrades.

 

Proposal Preparation: Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotations tailored to the specific requirements of each client, outlining recommended fire safety products, services, and associated costs.

 

Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, addressing any concerns or objections they may have, and work towards closing sales agreements.

 

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing their queries and concerns promptly, and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with the products and services provided.

 

Payment Collection: Following up with clients to ensure timely payment for products and services rendered. This involves maintaining accurate records of invoices, tracking payment schedules, and addressing any billing issues or discrepancies.


Daily Work Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports to the reporting manager on your activities, including the progress of ongoing demonstrations, survey findings, payment collections, and any challenges or issues encountered in the field.
