We are looking for an artful interior designer to undertake a variety of modular kitchen designing projects with excellent communication and presentation skills.
1. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.
2. The goal is to design practical spaces but yet visually pleasing.
3. Undertake design project from concept to completions.
4. Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.
5. Set costs and project fees according to budget.
6. Define project requirements and decide on materials and products sourcing.
7. Supervise work progress.
8. Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors.
9. Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
Requirements and skills.
10. Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
11. Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
12. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
