Description

The HVAC Trainee will work under the guidance of experienced HVAC technicians to learn the trade of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system installation, maintenance, and repair. This entry-level position provides hands-on experience and technical training to develop skills needed for a successful career in HVAC

Qualifications:

  • Education: ITI
  • Training: Enrollment in or completion of an accredited HVAC training program preferred.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of mechanical systems, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights, capable of standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods

Work Environment:

  • Work in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial locations.
  • May involve occasional evening and weekend work.
