Handling customer complaints & trouble shooting of technical issues / failure analysis / operational issues, etc.for Screw Air Compressor
Preventive maintenance of AMC customers
Meeting Spares and Service sales targets set by Kaeser OEM
Meets Customers to generate Enquiries

Responsibilities and Duties

Need to be strong in Electrical and Electronics
Visiting customer in warranty. Submitting service reports & plan of actions to customer preventive maintenance planning
Commissioning of the Air Compressor
Enquiry generation and business development

Preferred Qualification:

Electricals service also needed
