We are looking for Jio Fiber Associate for Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Jio Fiber Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Jio Fiber broadband connections for our residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical skills, have a customer-centric approach, and be capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Install Jio Fiber connections at customer premises, ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Perform site surveys to assess installation requirements.
  • Set up routers, modems, and other necessary equipment as per installation guidelines.
  • Test and troubleshoot installed systems to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Educate customers on equipment usage and maintenance procedures.
  • Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance.\
  • Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams as needed.
