Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Executive to join our tiles store team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and a keen interest in interior design. This role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers as they enter the store, build rapport, and assist them with their tile selection process.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range, including various tile styles, materials, and applications, to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer interaction and upselling techniques.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, handle payments, and coordinate delivery schedules.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve product offerings and services.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in business or interior design is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail sales in tiles or construction industry is preferred but not required.
