Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Tele sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects from provided lead lists.
  • Introduce our services to potential customers and explain their benefits.
  • Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns.
  • Provide accurate information about services and pricing.
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales revenue.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

Requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
