Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. The Driver will be responsible for transporting passengers or goods in a safe and timely manner, maintaining the vehicle, and ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transportation: Safely transport passengers or goods to and from designated locations.
  • Route Planning: Plan routes to ensure timely arrival, considering traffic and weather conditions.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks on the vehicle and report any issues.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including assisting passengers with luggage and ensuring a comfortable ride.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of trips, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and other team members.
  • Loading/Unloading: Assist with the loading and unloading of goods as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a driver; commercial driving experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with GPS devices and local routes.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects and sit for extended periods.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
