 Job Title: Office Boy

 Job Summary:
An Office Boy is responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the efficient operation of the office. The role is crucial in maintaining a clean, organized, and productive work environment. The ideal candidate should have a 10th or 12th-grade education, demonstrating reliability, efficiency, and a willingness to assist in a variety of office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **General Office Support**:
   - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises.
   - Ensure common areas, such as reception, kitchen, and meeting rooms, are tidy and well-organized.

2. **Clerical Tasks**:
   - Collect, sort, and distribute documents, parcels, and other items within the office.
   - Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and printing documents as required.

3. **Hospitality Services**:
   - Prepare and serve beverages (tea, coffee, water) to staff and visitors.
   - Arrange refreshments and snacks for meetings and events.

4. **Office Maintenance**:
   - Monitor office supplies and restock items such as stationery and kitchen supplies.
   - Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks; report significant issues to the relevant personnel.

5. **Mail Handling**:
   - Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
   - Prepare outgoing mail and packages for dispatch.

6. **Administrative Assistance**:
   - Assist in setting up meeting rooms, including arranging furniture and setting up equipment.
   - Support administrative staff with routine tasks and errands.

7. **Errands**:
   - Run errands outside the office, such as purchasing office supplies, depositing checks, or collecting items from other locations as needed.

 Qualifications:
- **Education**: Completion of 10th or 12th grade.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:
  - Good organizational and time management skills.
  - Basic understanding of office procedures and equipment.
  - Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  - Friendly and professional demeanor.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving items.

 Working Conditions:
- Primarily indoor work within an office environment.
