Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our furniture shop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our products, and driving sales through effective telephone communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our furniture products
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales teams
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product information, answer queries, and address concerns
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth customer handover
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with furniture industry (optional)
Work Hours:
- 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday
